BATON ROUGE, La. -
The Coastal
Protection and Restoration Authority of Louisiana, and the Southeast Louisiana Flood Protection Authority - East, in coordination with the Lake Borgne Basin Levee District and Plaquemines Parish intentionally breached the Caernarvon Diversion Guide Levee to help drain flood waters in Braithwaite/Scarsdale communities in Plaquemines Parish, La., this afternoon.
