New Disaster Recovery Center Opens in Belle Chasse

BATON ROUGE, La. – A disaster recovery center has opened again in Belle Chasse, but this time at the Plaquemines
Government Complex. Survivors affected by Hurricane Ida can get help with their disaster assistance applications,
upload documents, speak with mitigation specialists and get questions answered about federal disaster assistance.

The center is located at:
Plaquemines Parish Government Complex
333 F. Edward Hebert Blvd.
Belle Chasse, LA 70037

Hours of operation are Monday through Sunday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Masks will be required by both FEMA specialists and survivors.
