Event 1:  FEMA Region 6 (TX, LA, OK, AR, NM) Steady State Industry Day, Tuesday May 27 at 10am Central (virtual with optional site visit)

This first Industry Day will take place on Tuesday, May 27 at 10am Central, and is focused on Facilities Support Services for the FEMA Region 6 HQ in Denton, Texas.  This is a virtual event with an optional in-person facilities site visit following with webinar.  The flyer for the event is attached.

The virtual event will be held at on ZoomGov, and vendors can register here: https://fema.zoomgov.com/webinar/register/WN_n4VL4rtAR_iujr9njIoTnw#/registration.  Once registered, vendors will receive a registration link from no-reply@zoomgov.com to access the webinar on the day of the event.

Following the webinar, the Region 6 Facilities Department will host a site visit so vendors can assess the workspaces throughout the regional facilities in Denton, Texas. Those interested in attending the in-person site visit must submit an FF-90 Facility Access Request form to Facilities Operations Specialist, Raymond Hixon Jr. at raymond.hixonjr@fema.dhs.gov no later than May 23, 2025. Site visit attendees need to report to the Native Nations Room at the Federal Regional Center at 1 p.m. CDT on May 27, 2025. The Region 6 exhibit is scheduled to commence at 1:15 pm Central.
