| Dear LABEOC Partners,
Residents of Avoyelles Parish suffered a devastating blow from Tropical Storm Arthur. While the widespread damage MAY not elevate to a federal disaster declaration, these residents are still in need. The Volunteer Agencies Active in Disaster (VOADs) are on the ground helping residents clean up after the flooding. There is a need for donations of cleaning supplies related to water damage, including mold remediation, dehumidifiers, fans, and blowers. Any assistance will be greatly appreciated. The drop-off point is the Moreauville Volunteer Fire Department, 328 Main St. Moreauville, LA 71355. Contact Love One Louisiana for more information at donations@loveone.la Thank you for your continued engagement and partnership.
Best Regards,
LABEOC Response Team
